Your permanent task address. Free.

The problem

You sent it on WhatsApp.
Did they actually do it?

If you manage people remotely — workers in another city, another country, another time zone — you know this feeling. You send a message. You wait. You wonder. You follow up. You still aren't sure.

Not because your people are bad. Because the tools weren't built for this. WhatsApp wasn't built for accountability. Email wasn't built for delegation. And every task manager assumes everyone speaks the same language and sits at a desk.

Most of the world doesn't work that way.

What we're building

A chain of accountability,
from send to proof.

Taskpert is built around one question you ask every day: did they do it, and did they do it right?

Every task you send travels through a clear chain. Your worker receives it, accepts it, completes it — and when they say they're done, they prove it. A note. A photo. Evidence you can actually look at before you sign off.

No more "I think it's done." No more chasing. No more doubt.

Every task follows this path

Sent Accepted Done Approved Archived

Done isn't a checkbox. It requires a note and optional photos — real evidence of real work. You review it. You approve it. Or you ask for more.

How it works

Simpler than you think.

1

You get an address

Sign up and your address is waiting. taskpert.com/yourname is your public inbox. Anyone in the world can send you a task there, or by emailing [email protected]. No app required on their end.

2

You send tasks in plain language

Type naturally. @carlos please paint the back room white, two coats, use the paint in storage. Our AI turns that into a clean, structured task and routes it instantly. If Carlos doesn't have an account yet, we'll find him.

3

They receive, accept, and act

Your worker sees the task in their inbox — in their language. They can accept it, snooze it until they're ready, or push back with a reason. Silence is never acceptance. You always know exactly where every task stands.

4

Done means proven

When they finish, they submit a completion note and photos. You review the evidence. You approve — or you ask for more. Only you can close a task. That's the accountability loop that every other tool skips.

Built for the real world

Send in English.
They read in Vietnamese.

Most task tools assume everyone speaks the same language. That's never been true, and it's getting less true every year.

Taskpert translates automatically. You write in English — your worker in Hanoi reads in Vietnamese. They reply in Thai — you read in English. A small "translate" button, just like you know from your social feeds, handles the rest.

The language barrier between you and the people who work for you shouldn't also be a task management barrier.

For everyone

Not just for businesses.
For anyone who does work.

A business owner with a team across three countries. A freelancer who wants clients to reach them simply. A consultant who wants a clean way to receive and manage requests. A parent who wants to delegate chores properly.

Your public page at taskpert.com/yourname introduces you to the world — your work, your story, what you do. Anyone who finds it can send you a task or hire you for one. You decide if it's free or paid. You set the terms. They send, you deliver.

Share your link anywhere. Put it in your email signature. Print it on a business card. Send it in a WhatsApp message. Just send me a task at taskpert.com/ericson.

We're building this now.

If this resonates — if you manage remote workers, hire people across borders, or simply want a better way to delegate — we'd love to hear from you. Your early input will shape what Taskpert becomes.
